Great interview. Really interesting to hear him say that he believes that a two-conference system is coming soon. That would be really hard to get people like Greg Stankey to agree to, but would be very interesting to watch from a fan's perspective.

Two conferences, at least 20 teams each.

I think it will end up with more than 20 each.
Unfortunately it may not happen in 2026 or 27. It may be 2031 or 32. But, It's gonna happen.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

... in the interview. Very professionally points out the weaknesses of Wes Goodwin and how Dabo has corrected his mistake.
Great job, David and Grayson.

I don't feel like listening to the entire interview. What did he say about Wes?

Discussed Klubnik with David Pollack at the Savannah QB Club (est. 1946)

Pollack was our guest and the featured speaker at our 2023 annual Super Bowl Party. I was able to speak with him for a few minutes as the only Clemson member of this august club of football loving gentlemen.
I asked him one-on-one before dinner where he saw Clemson going in the near future. Pollack was respectful but was also (a bit too) honest with his perspective, and he got right to the point. He told me essentially "Clemson will never get back into the national picture with Klubnik at QB."
Well, it was the wrong answer, and someone had to pay. I swept Pollack's bad knee. As he slipped over the dais step, I immediately pounced on him with a shime-waza chokehold and neutralized him. It was getting loud but to his credit, Pollack is a hard out, and he stuck to his take on Clemson. I broke it off and queued up at the open bar for a Woodford Reserve with a splash of ginger ale.
One of the above paragraphs has some elements of hyperbole. And at 5'11" 220 lbs and 61 yrs old, I'll let my fellow T-netters guess which one. That said, great interview, and I'm glad to see Cade and the Offense put in the work which has motivated Pollack to recalibrate his position.
