These midweek games are very important for a team like Clemson this season.
It gets down to a few games that keeps them out of a regional , they better start taking them seriously. The ACC games are going to be tough on a team that only scores 3 runs a game. Unless something miraculously changes this could be the first losing season in a very long time.
This once great program that just couldn’t get over the hump now is not even close .

Explain what , that through the easiest 12 games of the season we are only scoring 3 runs a game ? That we have got blown out by ETSU and C of C ? What’s to explain?
So from the past 5 seasons under ML what makes you think this team is going to get better .
WF, NCST,GT,Louisville,Miami,FSU and Duke that’s 21 games vs very good teams.
We have struggled vs the easy teams

One thing for sure , we are NOT a top 25 Team ! maybe they should go over to the Ladies Softball team & get some hitting Tips? By the way , Congrats to our Ladies Softball Team on another WIN !

All the points we put on Coots in comparison to rest of season and obviously the vaunted CoC! Haha! At least the girls play with huge enthusiasm and win the ones they should.
I said it once, will say it again, I think we hit a homerun with the Softball Coach.

that has to play its first twelve games on the road because it's still too cold in Chicago for them to play at home, you might not be a very good team.

It’s one game, it happens in baseball. We will be ok this team is better than last years team with potential to be great.

One game does happen in baseball. However, no denying this team has problems hitting a baseball up and down the lineup. Unfortunately, seeing what the coots are doing concerns me the series win wasn't as impressive as I thought...
Make no mistake, love my Tiger baseball and listen to every game. Not a glass half empty type either... I understand the pitching- injuries have hog tied what Monte can do, but the hitting is dissapointing to say the least.

That's what I was thinking Humble, every team has a terrible day, and especially against a school that is known to have a good BB program. The National Champion Vanderbilt Commodores lost to Duke last year 18-5, It Happens!!!

Looking forward to seeing the Tigers play in Durham on 4/17. State and UNC also have a series that week end, will be lots of good baseball in the Triangle.
