But do it on game day which didn't happen as much as it should have from our D-line.

I really don't care about what the talking heads say about guys on defense or offense. What I'm wantinh to see above all, is for our teams to get back playing good enough for us to be back in the playoffs with a really good chance to be one of the teams that's good enough to play for National Championships again at least every other or every couple of years.
One thing I feel really serious about, and it's bc of the top talented guys that we don't get, most all of those guys usually say that if Clemson was an SEC team that they would love playing for Dabo. To me that is saying with Clemson being an ACC team is the biggest reason that we're not getting those guys that have been brain wash that the SEC was the best conference to get to the NFL from. Hearing those stories is the reason why I've always said that if we were in the SEC Dabo would recruit a lot of the same talent that Saban was getting to Bama, and I do believe that that's the truth!!!

It'll mainly be Carter and Woodaz, we run more of a nickel/4-2-5 defense instead of the old school 4-3. Either way we got a ton of depth at LB now, I think Anderson and Clayton can be really good too.

Is this even possible? The larger sports media narrative and JK the Troll aren't going to like this very much. Must be some kind of mistake.

Might be if we prove it, if our OL recruits turn out as good as I believe they will be, look out the future will be very bright!

Remember how touted we were when we played Alabama in Atlanta first game of that season???? We got picked apart as if we were LEGOs..........and we had Daquan Bowers and Co.

Indeed, we had DQB in his first game as a true FR, and he played well. The Bama fans (good knowledgeable about FB) noticed DQB and were impressed. Our other DL players, although good college players, spent the night on roller skates.
By itself, the LOS battle between us and Bama was grossly one sided. On both sides of the ball.
Of course, Bama beat our brains out that night. As far as sobering us up about how far removed we were from being a national power, the 2008:Bama opener was the best thing that happened to Clemson FB since S.Carolina blistered us in 1975. (Or I’ve been told and from reviewing the stats and quarter-by-quarter results. 1975 predated my attendance at Clemson FB games.)

We stunk bad in those two games!
Look at the whole 1975 season, possibly the low point of Clemson Football 2-9 with some awful losses… Six years and 3 head coaches later, we won our first National Championship! 12-0

Wait until they see the rest of the defense. UGA will be praying for punts. That front 4 and back 4 are nasty...
