Honestly, I don’t know many QBs that would have slid 2 yards short of the goal line… they might very well have taken a different route through the tackle and maybe avoided the big hit…but not all QBs are natural runners even if they are athletic enough to be used as an offensive weapon like we try to…personally I’d rather not have as many QB runs/rpos…I’d rather our (now 4) successful RBs take the contact instead…and yes I understand it isn’t always that simple…it’s another tool to keep the D honest…

Glad to see Cade and rest of the O open up and create points…good to see our pass rush and run D improve…still get some open receivers but I see progress!

But I’ll take the win regardless…
