Brad Crawford the 247 sports writer is an open coot fan. Listing DJ third is outrageous, don’t think Cade is DW4 or TL16 but I expect a solid season from him.

this season. I don't expect him to win a Championship or anything b/c i don't think he has that gear in him but.. he will be productive. And as good as anyone in this league. He's got alot of help in Tallahassee as well. Clemson fans better be ready for DJ to attempt to play his best game against Clemson in Doak Campbell. He has never fared well in games of that ilk in the past but he's gonna be wanting that game over any other game ever on his schedule. But if anyone knows his weaknesses and tendencies it should be Dabo.

DJ had the same exact stats he had every other year at Oregon State maybe even a little worse accuracy wise. He just isn’t a very good qb. If he gets rushed and has to make decisions he loses accuracy.
If Cade is given the time to get through progressions, and that comes with trusting the o-line and his teammates to do there jobs, he could have a very productive year. I just hope there has been some o-line development and receiver development. Otherwise CK2 will have the same issues as last year. He will not trust the line to block and he will take the ball in his own hands and try to do to much. I can’t wait for this season to see what is in store. Go Tigers!

… So he can work through his progressions quicker. If he can greatly improve that area of his game, he will be able to get the ball to the playmaker quicker and his game will take a step forward.

Let's hope that the same thing that kept him as the Starter at Clemson according to Dabo, and that was he a great practice during the week, but became a liability on gameday...

Klubnik doestnt need to the top QB. Just command the offense, move the chains, score TD’s, play smart and have fun. What more could you want.

I’m nervous, I hope Cade comes out and plays like a real D1 starter this year. It’s been a long time since we have had a strong QB running our offense. Sucks…. Dabo We Love You!!!!!

In the past, the media has placed Cade in the running for Heisman. I can only imagine this added pressure on him. My hope is that being rated no. 7 takes the pressure off. I also feel our team will play with a chip on their shoulder this year. GO TIGERS!

DJ had a decent TD/INT ratio last year, but he still completed only 57% of his passes... and with a much better OL than he had at Clemson the year before. If he stays in that 57% range at FSU, they're going to turn on him pretty quickly. Now... Klubnik has yet to show me anything that would rank him highly among his peers. He's always been an accurate passer, but his judgement and processing speed have been a big problem. Poor pocket awareness causes him to scramble late... and backwards... too often. I haven't seen a hint of the "it" factor. No, he hasn't had a great deal of help from his OL or receivers. Perhaps this year will be different with healthy WRs and the addition of 2 seemingly elite freshmen, but Klubnik is still in "show me" mode, from my perspective.
