It's always easier to play the role of the negative NANCY than it is to being positive. Being positive means you have to some times support something that you're not directly involved in, and for some no pun intended, being negative is just easy when the negativity isn't aimed at yourself!!!

Those in the portal have given up on themselves of being a better player today than they were yesterday. And it's bc they don't have the drive, or the discipline that's necessary to practice harder everyday to become a better player tomorrow. Truth, it is hard to become the best that you can possibly be without the work ethics, and people better than you to compare yourself with!!!
The portal actually has an unspoken meaning that means, I am quitting on this team bc I'll never be good enough to start a game for this team, so I'm packing my bags, and I'm going somewhere that the talent level is much less talented, and I won't have to work as hard to shine.

So proud of Skalski for continuing to be a great leader and example for his teammates! Also, what a fine representative of Clemson University. He’s letting everyone, everywhere know that The Tigers are not defeated or defined by the events of this one season. Quite the opposite… we are fired up and ready and excited to see what’s next. Can't he come on as a GA and not count towards being a coach slot. And, if so, could he work directly with the linebackers? Idk how that works.
I'd love to see him in the NFL. Wonder how he's grading out? I remember it being discussed last year and it didn't seem likely.
