Dabo is always honest after the fact...he's only had 3 receivers come in ready but he's promised that ngata and frank Ladson were the 2 most ready made receivers he's had come through the program a couple years ago...both can't be true

Well, Dabo said last spring that the oline was special and may be the best he's had. But, things like injuries, illnesses, mental health, transfers all happen before the first snap, plus it's a lot different with live bullets.
Sounds like Cade is coming along as advertised. Good to hear. Can't wait to see them in spring.

Interesting snapshot of the 1st 9 practices

About 60 minutes of Swinney, Wes and Brandon insights.
There's a lot of change in work from OC, DC and team leadership. More energy than 2021 IMHO.
WR status looks like Ngata, Dacari and EJ on the outside (when he's healthy) and Beau in the slot. Adam Randall is a frosh phenom who is coming on hard.
Good stuff! Spring Break ahead then 6 more practices before Spring Game. See you Tigers out there 4/07!

To me, in game 1 vs UNT, freshman Nuk looked ready to play

Nuk got limited snaps in the 2010 season opener vs UNT, but he made at least 1 spectacular sideline catch. I remember saying to myself that he looked like maybe best WR that Clemson ever had, and that he'd be leaving early for the NFL.
Unfortunately, Nuk didn't become a starter until after we lost at Auburn, so I guess the coaches didn't feel that he was read to play until then. Maybe he didn't know the playbook or something. But that was pre-Chad Morris. It seemed like Chad kinda opened the door to starting freshman WRs.

Sammy was the only one that was ready to start on Game 1. People forget that Justyn Ross only had 4 100-yard games in his entire career, 2 of which came in the CFP in 2018. A lot of hype after we won the Natty and he balled out, but he was largely ineffective in his Clemson career

Justyn Ross missed a full year due to major surgery and then injured his foot toward the end of last season and missed some time.
