The ACC has kicked Clemson around for 50 years, and they are really upset that we are finally pushing back.
They got the trial moved to NC so they can use their defense tactic of ‘do you think you are UNC or Duke?’
Go Tigers, just not to the Big 10!

Yeah I like the fact that our university is pushing back. I can vividly remember when the ACC levied 2 more years of probation for Clemson years ago.

I thought there was some motion from the ACC that was going to delay any decision on Clemsons case in SC on the 12th?
We all know what the NC judge is going to rule so no point in getting our hopes up for that. It’s going to be, at best, two conflicting rulings and then what? More litigation

Other than claiming that the GOR agreement was willingly signed by Clemson, I see no relevance in any of the other points the ACC present in their claims. It is Clemson who has those football championships that they brag about and what about that 100% graduation rate ? Can that be correct? And where in the conference rules does it require a team to completely agree to moving any game away from Saturdays based on what the ACC and ESPN have "agreed to" without talking to the team first? If there were such a requirement, Clemson could not object to the game being moved - so we are being scolded in a court case for merely disagreeing and being a bad little boy?

A bunch of talk and attorneys fees spent and nothing meaningful happening. Reminds me of swoff's tenure. Thanks for the update.

a favorable ruling by the NC court. Your hope lies with the Pickens court and what happens in FLA & what their AG does.

Somebody should invite Michael Strickland to their tailgate, or a parking lot in Simpsonville, and then publicize his arrival.

The ploy her by the ACC was to confirm future dates so they could lock Clemson in confirming it.
If the refuse to they will try to say Clemson is an uncooperative team/franchise as they push it even though they own nothing Clemson has other than home game media rights.
The ACC risks nothing because they are a 😜 nonprofit lol.
It will be rigged if ruled from North Carolina 💰💰💰💰💰💰🔥🔥🔥

Of course the North Carolina Coast Conference wants the case handled in NC.

Who is the LEAGUE if not ACC? ESPN?
