I disagree- We couldn’t score - period. Defense can only hold up so long. Bama with all those 4-5 stars couldn’t keep Ga at bay 2nd half .

He did something for 1 half that no other team has done, allowed no touchdowns and only 6 points.
2nd half was not so good obviously so you are not wrong. But the offense was not able to do anything and left the defense exposed because of it. He learned from it and has the Tigers playing much better and through 5 games not a single point has been scored on Clemson in 1st quarter. That is pretty good, actually as good as you can get.

How do you know that?
UGA has the best talent money can buy and is 2-3 deep at every position
A coach and team could easily outwork uga and still lose
We held them in check for a good long while before the ### broke

My take is we have many 60 year olds on Tnet who can out run and out lift Goodwin. That said, Goodwin can hold his own watching hours of football video with several pizzas, a six pack of cokes, and bags of chips.
Goodwin is producing with starters in the game, but with full respect to the job he's doing, he's not BV. But who is? Robert Saleh could be an upgrade.

I'm pretty sure everyone on TNET can outrun Andy Reid

but he is the best football coach in NFL.
Goodwin does not need to be the best athlete, just understand the dynamics of defense and know how to put players in position to succeed.
He has done an admirable job considering his 2 deep is not great compared to a BV who during his tenure here had much more depth because this transfer/portal crap was not in full swing yet.
I just like to see our coaches succeed and it seems many simply want to kick a coach to the curb because he does not blitz like BV...he does not disguise like BV....he does not have a get-back coach like BV....he is out of shape so therefore cannot coach like BV....
Pretty sad coming from supposed fans of Clemson and we all have seen these post...might want to head on down to Columbia where the dumpster fire rages and some would fit right in with them.

Dabo hired him for his ability to Coach. Doing a great job from my prospective here in this Armchair. Go Wes. Break another tablet or two.

I think Wes is good just not great. It seems like he is slow at adjustments during the game.
I understand some of the points and yards are due to the second/third string but the starters are a step slow, less strong or just not as elite as our defense of the past.
We give up a bunch of yards and eventually that will translate into points just like UGA.
Hoping we get this figured out in the next three weeks before Louisville comes to town.
Go Tigers
