Mods told me they blocked her user name and they feel like that is enough. I tried to explain that she just looks at the ticket ads then emails people, but they didn't seem to care. The police have told her to stop, but obviously she didn't listen!

Yeah I emailed her about some Louisville tickets that were posted and I saw "the name" on the email. It's 4 lower deck tickets that don't include a price or anything. The email address starts with a "k".
