Tigers are going to get some critical situational

Hits tonight. It will all start with Andrew Cox. The unsung hero with his defensive play at 1st. When his bat is on, he can be clutch, and I think he is about to breathe brand new life in our Tigers!!!

Go Tigers! Let's show them cards this is our house and get that W!!!

No matter how bad he's been at the plate at times, his defense has been incredible. He has saved us so many runs this year.

And I dont think we really need a big hit in a critical spot. Just get men in from 3rd with 1 out and we're fine. Had we done that against UNC and Louisville last night we're 4-0 vs them.

If Cox was only a marginal fielding first baseman, Davidson would have 30 errors this year. He has constantly dug throws out of the dirt on routine plays from Davidson. He is an exceptional fielder and his bat is very serviceable.

So true about him bailing out Davidson. The only time Cox kills me is when he has men on, he strikes out too much. He really struggles laying off of breaking pitches low in the zone. But I'll still take that all day if he keeps playing D like he does.
