For the sake of the future of Clemson football, I hope we get absolutely shellacked by UNC. Sometimes a punch in the mouth is the best learning lesson. Harsh reality, but changes need to be made and pride seems to be the root of a lot of our issues.

Definitely not a popular opinion. Would never pull for anyone against Clemson. But I understand what you are may be trying to say - The West Virginia Orange Bowl was the true turning point for our program - but never ever ever want to see anything like that again.

Have all the faith in the world that Coach Sweeney will make the appropriate decisions to correct

Luck has nothing to do with it It is the Million dollars a game (not to mention free tuition for his kids) we pay him to put a competitive team on the field Best hasnt been the standard since LSU whipped us and that is 100% on Dabo

The idea that you become better by losing is fantasy unless you are doing the same task over and over again and understand what you missed. Every football game is different and one game has little to do with another.

Disagree 100%. Despite our issues, and hopefully they will be addressed - we should always pull for our Tigers and hope and pray they win; in the Championship and Bowl game. Hopefully the other stuff will be sorted out later.

..against the chickens. That was effectively the culmination, and it was loud and clear.
Dabo is well aware how much more talented Clemson is and said as much. Translation, he knows his staff got outcoached BADLY. He knows he lost to USCjr, not Alabama.
Did you expect him to fire the OC right after the game? Remember Kevin Steele? He sucked for 2 years before he got canned.
Hoping for a shellacking against your own team to teach some kind of lesson? Interesting strategy.
Losing the UNC would be redundant, not a wakeup call.

Nope. I understand the desire for some humbling and change. But this isn’t some teenager who keeps showing up late to his job at Waffle House and needs some tough love. The Clemson football program will benefit more from a win than a loss. I also can’t pull against our players. Go Tigers!

I am still of the belief that Coach Swinney will make the changes necessary to put us back on track for next year - but that they will have to wait until the off-season.
If that does NOT happen, then I will begin to seriously question his judgement - and the future of Clemson football.

Plus, I don’t think losing this game would cause Dabo to look at our season or the job he’s doing any differently. He’s already been busy patting himself on the back for winning 10 games this year.
