Oh boy! There are Allot and hard to rank after the first few.
1. Sammy Watkins 1A. Nuke 3. Mike Williams 4. Tee Higgins 5. Hunter Renfrow.
Amari Rogers, Antonio Williams when healthy, Deon Cain was solid but inconsistent.

Jordan Leggett could make the list if considering tight ends as receivers rather than blockers.

Any list that doesn't include Renfrow is not legit

No way you can leave a guy off who was money ALL the time, rarely dropped a ball, had amazing YAC, and caught (arguably) the most important pass in Clemson history.

No one ever mentions Artavis Scott but no one has ever caught more passes in Clemson history than Artavis Scott. He is the all time leader in receptions.

Mike Williams. Picking up a coot at the 6 to give him an Uber ride to the house was a generous act.
Renfrow. That run after catch against a team full of roosters was special.
Nuk
Sammy Watkins
Tee Higgins
