This is not a surprise

If you followed SMU message board, they've been expecting Morris to be the new HC for a while now.
But nothing is official now, and Chad will wait to see if Dabo gets the UF job before he decides to leave.
Watson is starting so let's crush the coots!

at least until Bama loses their coach. As for Chad--I really hope he finds a good job--not sure SMU would be my choice. Anyway just rumors now--big thing now is just getting past the birds.

If Dabo considers leaving after all his BS which is what it would be and he does not get the job, Clemson fans need to make his life miserable until he leaves since our idiot AD signed a stupid contract with a a silly buyout. Because you know he ain't "all in". Even if he interviews!

Dabo is not on UF's short list. He is not leaving. Go read some UF message boards and you will see he's not someone wanted by even 20%.

While I think it's a longshot that Coach Swinney is offered the UF job, crazier things have happened.

Clemson losing Morris and Venables should be a non-event

to the extent that it is expected. We know it's gonna happen, and Dabo and DRad have a running list of candidates to replace them.

Dabo and UF would not be a good match. He would insist

on running a program with clean ethics. UF would implode.
