This Game is the biggest since 2016 Louisville.

Nov 17, 2021, 9:47 AM

The fans need to show up and be loud from the first Tiger Rag to the Alma Mater after the Game. Wake has not been this environment this year and our team needs all the support we can give. We need to be as loud for the whole game as we were in 2016. If you do not like what is happening on the field, this week keep it to yourself until after the game. The next play is the emphasis. Send the Seniors out with the memory they deserve. G O T I G E R S!!!

This is just another game in a throw away season. For the first time since 2014 this team is not playing for anything (yes I know we aren’t eliminated from the Atlantic, but let’s get real, it’s not happening) in November other than pride. Next week is a different story but this game is nowhere close to a big game.

You are certainly entitled to have and speak your opinion. However, I respectfully disagree that this is a throw away game that means nothing. I guar durn tee you it matters to everyone of the young men who will take the field Saturday in Death Valley. Which senior do you think this game means nothing to? Those young men have given their all while at Clemson and have been part of a winning team. They deserve to have a great day to remember as they play in Death Valley for the very last time! Personally I am PROUD of Clemson as a university and proud of Tiger football. Of course I wish things had gone differently this season, for the team, coaches and fans but that doesn’t mean we should say any part of it is meaningless. And you can bet your last dollar The Clemson Tigers are my horse if they never win another race.
Let’s show our Tigers, especially the seniors, how much we appreciate them by giving our all to them this Saturday!
Let’s Go Get Em Tigers!!!

I think we have a decent shot at the Atlantic if we beat Wake. UNC could certainly beat NC State and I'd even expect UNC to be favored in that game. The only thing needed for us after that would be for BC to beat Wake. That's probably the hardest part about what we need to happen to win the Atlantic, but crazier things have happened and at least the game is at BC.

I still think this Saturday is a big game even if we don't end up winning the Atlantic. It would help us avoid going 0-4 against top 25 teams this year, give us a win over a top 10 team, likely get us back into the top 25, and keep our chances alive of continuing our streak of 10 win seasons. I get those things don't seem like much compared to the last 6 years, but it would help give us momentum heading into next season and put us into a position of making this season not appear to be all that bad when people look back on it in the future.

You are spending too much time in Cootlumbia. I meant that this is the biggest regular season Home Game since Louisville 2016. If you do not plan to get hoarse at this game, give somebody else your tickets who does care.
