Why are young college women picking up 57yo strange men & giving them a ride? I have a 17yo daughter who’s about to go to college & I tell her that when you’re on your own you gotta drop the “always be nice” attitude & be a d!CK for your own safety & use common sense.

This girl was extremely lucky!

From day one I've always told my daughter to never put yourself in a bad situation. Always be aware of your surroundings.
I'm so glad this young lady got away, and kudos to the good samaritan who stopped to help.

I'm thankful the young woman was able to escape. A very similar situation happened to a friend of mine at Clemson in the 80's. She was able to fight her way out of it as well. Thank GOD!
