I'd love 16. At least this way no one can say they didn't get a shot. The champ is tbe expanded format is the champ. No debate. There were blowouts in tbe 4 team model. We killed Notre Dame and even crushed bama in the natty. TCU got killed. Give me more playoff games and more on-campus playoffs!!

NCAA Basketball tourney has blowouts in first/second round every year. I wouldn't care if they went to 16 or stayed at 12. Personally I'd prefer dropping to 8 with no byes, 4 conference champs & 4 at large.

4 at large would end up being 2 sec and 2 big10 most likely

The FCS teams had 16 teams and they ended up with the final 4 being #1,#2,#3 and #4 with #1 and #2 playing for the championship. Same would probably be true for the big boys.

Our game would have went down to the wire had Dabo just ran a QB sneak and scored to make it 38-31.

Regardless of whether the games are blowouts or not, a team should have to win their way to the championship, not be hand selected.

Sad that it took until 2024 to get this.
