…..but this is really a stretch.

I also disagree with leaving FSU out of the playoff at 13-0, but this has nothing to do with woke. Half the members are coaches, many from the South. I doubt you find a George Santos type among them, lol.

What you will find is that these are the same type fools who thought giving ESPN the ACC team media rights for 30 years with no contract clause for inflation was a brilliant idea. So, I would never trust their judgement on anything college football related.

Agreed. This was just a business decision. TCU's poor performance last year got a lot of attention. Could be that the committee didn't want to chance a repeat of that. In the end, it's all about tv ratings and the $$$ that comes with it.

Get the SEC champion in the playoff. If Jordan Travis hadn't got hurt, and FSU had beaten L'ville 32-7, they would've still put Bama in! Now, they possibly would have screwed Texas instead of FSU, but Bama was going to get in! Can't leave the mighty SEC out of the playoff!!
