I only saw a replay video clip. Hard to tell what was actually going on.
Definitely strange, but the “attackers” though determined, seemed to be smiling as they swarmed him.
Not cool under any circumstances, but just wondering about the actual intent of the idiots who ran out there.

What? I decide not to watch one game and something crazy happened? The media is assaulting him too with the Betts thing. No way he shouldn’t win the mvp unless he goes 0 for September.

I started not to comment but I had to. This is just a silly remark because it is so important to you to put liberal in it. My white conservative coworker complains that the Braves' name is offensive. People like you love to stir up the pot trying to pit people against each other.

It was weird. First dude was an attention seeker looking for his 10 mins, second guy was the angry one that was more of an "attacker".
The place was packed with Braves fans.
The rest of the game anytime Acuna did anything, everyone chanted "MVP".

It didn’t appear that they tried to harm Acuna but were just being drunk and stupid. I don’t think I would charge them with assault but I would charge them with anything I could think of short of assault. I don’t think jail time is called for but healthy fines, community service, etc. would be appropriate as well as a permanent ban from MLB games.

I was watching that game that day. If that happened now the perp would probably sue Curtis for the pain and suffering he undoubtedly felt.
