our talent will be gone. They are great people but I have not seen great coaching. Maybe at some time we can get Venables back at DC and Tony Elliott and Jeff Scott will once again become CO OC.

Well, “learning as you go” takes time ..and why it’s best to hire experienced coaches from the start ..

The best employees I had were those I trained. When they understood what quality I wanted and that standard became their desire then my company ran smoothly, efficiently and with great production.

You're thinking Nick Saban's hire of all those failed head coaches is the reason for his success. NO, they came to Nick with desire to learn how to succeed at the jobs they'd previously failed at.

Dabo wants hungry coaches, those willing to learn. To think otherwise is founded on the decades long lie that Dabo is a manager and knows nothing about game planning, X's and O's.

If that lie is in your heart you need a come to Jesus moment and admit that Dabo trained Jeff and Tony and Brent came here to study Dabo's way of coaching.

come across as a great Xs and Os type of coach. I'm not sure he's qualified to teach them that stuff.

Dabo is great at many things, but I think him hiring a bunch of young inexperienced coaches and trying to teach them and mold them will go down as a failed experiment.

I love Dabo as a person of great character, but I am thinking you are correct. Dabo can teach the Dabo way of thinking and doing, but he needs to have people who have already mastered the X's and O's.

Short memories. TE is not coming back. People wanted him to be fired his last couple of years at Clemson.

Tony will be a successful coach where he's planted.***
