The next time Spurlid takes a jab at Clemson/Dabo,

Dabo should not respond. And if prompted by media, he should say that he has been told that making those types of comment is disrespectful and classless. Thus he is not going to respond.

Now that we have Rex Ryan on our side, maybe he can open his mouth like he likes to do. That would be funny.

Ball Sack has not accomplished anything since the 90s...he was a joke in the NFL and as far as he going to USuC that is taking 2 losers and trying to come up with a winner. The last time he won anything most of his players were not even born back then. Just a washed up old man trying to get attention...heck most Fla fans probably don't even remember his heyday, and you ask them the greatest coach 10 out of 10 will say Urban Meyer...so much for the Ball Sack legacy

Dabo's comeback was crafty and the rest of the world actually got it.

Im all for him responding as a carolina fan. My friends that are not part of the rivalry make him look like a bigger idiot. Losing 5 years in a row and responding makes him look dumb and i am all for that along with the 8 year contract extension.

Hey helmet.. let me give you an education.. Spurrier is a smart man.. His tactics are simply a diversion from the reality that is Carolina Gamecock football. An elaborate magic trick if you will... Spurrier is smart enough to know that the Carolina fan base is obsessed with beating Clemson.. By beating Clemson and then poking at Dabo and the Clemson program,, he succeeds in hiding the fact that in Carolina's best run in their existence,, they've still won nothing.. Sans a few mid-tier bowl games, and the Hardee's trophy. But.. by poking at Dabo all the Coot fans think its SO great! Spurrier is the man! He whips Dabo!! All the while.. no more banners are getting hung in Willy B,, no meaningful trophies are filling the cases. He's a genius! A spinster of epic proportions and I for one commend him for it!

let me give you an education. as a Clemson graduate and fan for a long time, and a south Carolina resident there is nothing more important to me than beating spurrier and the coots. many make excuses but I would also like to win a conference championship and a national championship, but to win it all we have to beat the coots. no excuses, we need to beat them to PROVE we are a better program. it is killing me to face all their fans and mine after 5 but kickings in a row. count me as one who finds it a must win. I don't care what they have or have not won, all I know is what they have WON for 5 years in a row.

do you seriously believe Spurrier is deflecting with Clemson jokes that we haven't won an SEC championship? I think Spurrier unleashed the barbs after Dabo had his rant. I think its clear that Spurrier is having fun with it. Its not like our fan base is exactly livid at him for wining only 11 games for the past 3 years, winning the last 5 against our in state rival, winning 2 games against BCS winners, beating 6 bowl winners. But hey we suck.
