We haven’t cleaned house - just a couple position coaches won’t cut it

Our downfall began 4 years ago when Dabo starting loading the coaching staff with totally unqualified friends and family. That means you don't develop the talent. Our offense plays slow, is indecisive , lacks confidence, and can't make in game adjustments.

That is all on the coaches. Including the HC.

I mean you could hire them for established programs...but the question remains....are they elite level good????

Dabo is such a giver and wants to live and believe in that Hallmark Channel world against a money making power hungry conference machine thats tough as ever to throw a wrench into.

is the really interesting question.

This is the fourth year of this, after 7 years or so of being an offensive powerhouse.
So, if Dabo is interfering... you would think he was doing it all along and we had success in the past.
If he's NOT interfering, we've had three OCs (and Garrett Riley was HIGHLY coveted) in the last 3 or so years so it's unlikely that all of them suck this bad.
We've had multiple QBs that were highly ranked... and yet they don't just play like they are not 5 stars... they play like 2 stars!!
We went from WRU to 'Who the #### is THAT guy!!' - U. And when they actually get a ball thrown their way they drop it.

That entire side of the ball is clown shoes from the top down and it's truly mystifying how it happened.

and I'm not saying there are easy or obvious answers.
But it really beggars belief how bad we've gotten in almost every facet of the game on that side of the ball.
