I'm not really worried about using a scholarship offer in a 3 star right now. One, he's a 2026 kid, so I'd expect if he's good enough for an offer. in 2 years he could report to campus as a 4 very easily. Not every kid is covered to death by the scouts and even then it is a crap shoot. Also as pointed out, if walk ons are going away, we need to identify the guys who can play and offer them no just like potential starters, rather than just taking whatever kid just graduated from Daniel.

Yeah from his video he seems pretty versatile. He's quick and clean on the drop-back or can stay up in the pocket. Seems like they've got a good offensive scheme, too. He's getting the ball out quick and seems to be comfortable throwing on the move. Definitely thinking we saw his talent early and he's going to get more attention as he goes through the Junior campaign. I like it.

Are we at the point to where we are getting excited about a 3 Star QB? I guess it cant be any worse than what we have seen out of the last 2 Five Stars we got, although, I do believe one of them will be a lot better this year.

If we've now got 105 Schollys it doesn't really make sense to only take one QB a year any more. Could easily bump that up to 2 a year since they won't all stick around anyway.
