Clemson/ Usuck Analysis (Overanalysis)

Some of you guys think too much. I'm all about analyzing games and trends, but I also call a spade a spade. I think some of you get caught up in the "trends" of the fanbases.
What I'm talking about is people saying we got physically overpowered and Tajh was scared of Clowney and got shook up and we didn't "protect our house" when Jungle Boi Swag ######### smacked Ellington.
I think it honestly just comes down to players making plays or not. No one talks about how the game would have gone if Brewer would have caught the 2 interceptions he broke perfectly on that hit him right in the hands. I know one was in the redzone that they eventually scored on. That's 7 less points for them with that takeaway and another possession for us. Another takeaway if he doesn't drop the other INT.
How did we get physically overpowered? By Clowney? Quit measuring our O Line by Clowney standards. Clowney beats almost everyone almost every time. What did you really expect? Our program is crappy because we continually got beat by someone who just won an ESPY for best play? Call a spade a spade. Tajh knew exactly where he was every play just like they knew where Spiller was every play, and Sammy, and Gaines Adams, and Daquan Bowers. That's normal. But Tajh didn't seem scared of Clowney when he hit Nuke over Jungle Boi did he? Did he look "scared" of Mingo or Montgomery? No.
Jungle Boi Swag ######### made a great play. He acted like the fool he is afterwards, sure, but no doubt he made a play. Ellington popping up walking back to the line was called class. You want to fight again like 2004? Go ahead. Then we won't be any better than them. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Other teams we play with class... the coots we get down and dirty and beat them down in all three phases... before, during, and after the game.. I have a high hatred for lawyers and politicians!!

They have put a very good team on the field the past few years. But also I feel like we gave the game away last year for sure in some ways.

I'd agree with that ^. First couple of years I honestly think they were ahead of us talent and gameplan wise. Last year, I think they just made more plays, along with us not capitalizing on the ones we could have.

We have gotten our butts handed to us by Usuc for the last four years. If we lose this year, it will be five in a row. That is a disgrace that we must avoid.
I am sick of seeing the four fingers held up, and I will hate it if they start showing us the fist if we lose again this November.

I agree with all of that. Some people just act like they've run us out of the stadium though. It's not like Alabama/Notre Dame here guys. They just made more plays.

how many starters.....

Taylor at DE Swearinger at S Holloman at Spur Wilson at LB Bowens at LB
Also lose Jerideau who started some at DT, but was in a pretty good rotation with some other DT's opposite of Kelcy Quarles who is returning.
Sutton will be solid at DE replacing Taylor. Lose all LB's....they were solid however not " all conference" type players. How the new LBs play, along with replacing Swearinger will be interesting to watch. The front 4 will be very solid along with returning both corners who are very good. SC D should be solid again

years, and i don't think y'all have been replacing the talent level, as it leaves, with comparable talent, coming in, for at least the last couple years. it is catching up , and y'alls offense is still not strong enough to win for y'all (being the stronger unit).
