7 SEC.
It's not a glitch in the system, but a feature.

Weighted rankings make Higher seeds which play the lowest seeds, higher likelihood of more making it far.
Clemson should have played better in the first half.

I tend to disagree to some extent. The big schools will definitely have a noticeable advantage in NIL potential, so I think we see a trend of bigger schools going deeper in the tournament. However, the Auburns, Alabamas, Floridas, etc. are still football-first schools and will continue to dump insane amounts of money into football's NIL pool.
So I think the smaller schools will see their basketball NIL pool go further. You look at these schools like Xavier, Creighton, Villanova, Gonzaga, etc. where basketball is THE sport, it isn't preposterous to think that those schools could put together like $2 million--a tiny number that wouldn't field a competitive football team--but you spread that $2 million across 3-4 really good players and you suddenly have the makings of an elite basketball team. I feel like some of these lesser schools or schools without football will back away from football NIL and go all-in on basketball because their money will go further.

the reason SEC is blowing up now is b/c of the money they have to spend

Money talks and the SEC and B1G will continue to be good because they have the most money. I just think some of these smaller schools are going to try and have something to say about it and you can stretch your money further and do more with less in basketball, unlike football.

Comparing conferences doesn't have the weight it once did IMO since the B1G and SEC destroyed the PAC and Big 12 taking their biggest brands. Of course the B1G and SEC are going to get more big brands in based on that alone. We have one less whole conference.
