Why all the Georgia love on here

Everyone knew FSU was going to lose big. FSU was not that good all year. They were fortunate to have the schedule they did. We should have beat them when we were playing badly. Then you add in they were playing their third string QB and all their players opted out.
Georgia showed they were vulnerable, and Alabama took advantage of it. Are they a top 4 team, probably. I think Michigan and Washington will get beat badly in the bowl games. Am I glad Georgia lost and got left out, yes, I am. Conference champions only until next year should be the requirement.
They are our enemy and close to being as trashy a fanbase as the Cawks and Ocryo St. Don't feed the trolls. I could have won big yesterday if Wyoming hadn't crapped the bed for me. My parlay had Georgia dominating in every aspect, that was the easy money.

Just a few weeks ago it was all FSU love on here. Crazy how things change in such a short time.

That wasn't FSU "love"... That was Clemson fans being concerned that if the playoff committee can screw over a 13-0 ACC conference champ , it could just as easily be us next...we were defending FSU but really ourselves as well

choosing to go out there and make a statement instead of just not bothering to show up.
I also think if you put Georgia in the CFP tomorrow in place of any of the 4 teams, they are likely the favorites to win. They would be favored over Bama in a rematch right now. That doesn't mean they deserve to be in the CFP, but I do think they had the best team again this year and just couldn't get it done. It happens.

If only they had managed to show up in the game that mattered vs Bama ...too bad the only game they chose to not "opt out" was the game against a disillusioned FSU team who got screwed over and 20+ players opted out

Georgia lost to Bama by a field goal in a game in which the Dawgs missed a field goal and gave up a field goal on a fumble deep in UGa territory. I got no issues with the committee leaving UGA out - they lost. But that Bama game is hardly a matter of Georgia not showing up.

I think we just saw them play and saw us play and we know we are behind them in several position groups. I think we are better next year than this year but I dont know if it will be enough of a jump to show up in game 1. Its just honesty... not love. I dont know any Tiger fans that love UGA but you have to admit they have been an elite program the last 3 years... they are where we were 2015-2020 and until we show we have what it takes to get back there... it will be a tough game for us.

There's no Jawja love here. No true Clemson man "loves" Jawja, lol.
As we start next season against them, we now have a measuring stick and frankly, we have a lot of work to do to beat these guys. Their O Line is dominant. Their DE's are dominant. Their LB's are fast and can stop the run.
Can we beat them? You bet we can. But to do so, we will need much improved play on the O Line and be able to stretch the field. If Jawja lines up and loads the box because we can't throw, it's going to be a tall order.

Honestly, without excuses and exposition.
Would you like for Clemson to have won the last two straight national championships? That’s it just a simple yes or no.

Haha I see you want to paint me into a corner by a one-word answer, but I cannot give a one-word answer. Of course, it would be yes, but at what cost? We all know what they do, so you are saying you could be content to win back-to-back with a lack of morals and integrity?

And anyone who says they wouldn’t like to be in Georgia’s position right now, with two straight national championships, barely missing the playoffs after a one loss season, and then absolutely smashing their bowl upon it… They’re just either stupid or a liar.

What morals and integrity do you think we have that UGA doesn't? We pay players with NIL. We just don't do it as well. And we paid players back when it was illegal to do so. That's college football. It's how it works.

It is more about how they develop these men. Strippers and other football functions. It was most of the team that deadly night. Where is that story now? 41% graduation rate? Players run off to make room and not honoring their commitment to those players.

I have said it many times on here before, Georgia is what Clemson was. For some reason Dabo seems in no hurry to get back to that level.

Where there are 20+ topics on the front page stating that reality that has nothing to do with Clemson for the next nine months, that's no longer seating reality....that's fawning and drooling over a rival

Georgia, why don't you bit my arsse!
UGAy is a lot closer to Clemson than USuC is and they compete at a higher level in recruiting than USuC. Anyone pulling for UGAy for other than a reason that would benefit Clemson simply don't get it. When USuC and UGAy play I pray for a small meteor to strategically land in specific location (I keed, I keed but you get my drift).
Even Kirby Smart after the game was shaking his head regarding the opt outs saying "We had all of our guys, FSU didn't". There's no glory or honor in going to a major bowl game then pounding in the face of a 98 lbs weakling. Although some of you probably would puff your chest after doing that. Thanks to opt outs that game will be regarded as a waste of everyone's time.

Yet for all of college football history the score will reflect 63-3, Dawgs.

I would’ve much rather had the score the other way around but I’m a realist. I am not an ACC homer. The committee got it right by leaving FSU out. If Jordan Travis had not been hurt I would’ve complained about the committee’s decision. All those years the SEC homers complained about us in the playoff citing our schedule we validated the committee and made them look foolish. Georgia did the same thing regarding the committee’s FSU decision last night by demolishing FSU. I didn’t like it when people trashed the committee years ago. I didn’t care for it this year either. People don’t like to be wrong and neither do I. At least I will own it without calling the other person an idiot, troll or moron. That is all.
