The Clemson FB Culture | "Us vs. Them"

I can't speak for other sports at Clemson when I say this, but I truly believe (like most on here) that Dabo's built a solid culture that's built to last. Whether that culture leads to more championships is, to me, arbitrary at this point, especially in these days of NIL and the transfer portal.

I've had the privilege of attending FB practices, games in Death Valley, & my children have been around guys who've played for Dabo. Every single one of those guys is a product of the culture that Dabo's built and, while most of them aren't in the NFL, ALL of them are wonderful husbands, present fathers, & outstanding citizens in their communities. That's a culture I'm willing to support.

After reading Neff's comments this morning my takeaway, as it relates to football, is this: While these other teams (like Texas/TxA&M/SMU & more) are guided by the almighty dollar, Clemson FB (& I believe the rest of our athletic dept.) are guided by principles that matter. That's something I can support!

I agree, and people need to understand that 10-3 isn’t the end of the world. A lot of teams would love to have our consistency - even at 10-3.

We were a bowl loss to Kentucky away from 8-6 in 2009.
