And with 2289 rushing yards in one season, I vote for giving him the ball on 3rd and goal from the one!

Would love to see Sammy ball out on defense day 1.
However...aint no way in helll I'm giving him the ball on short yardage when we have Mafah and Hammerhead.
Maybe if we're up 30 in the 4th for a goaline TD as tradition

Brown may not be our best Defender

That will likely be Woods, Parker and Carter ... but this young man has the strength & speed to perform now. Interested to see what kind of job Wes will do to ready Brown for the UGA game. It's up to Carter and Woodaz to lead this Defense, but Brown's skill sets could flip a game in the Tiger's favor.

The 5 most important are the starters on the offensive line so it will be interesting to see how TigerNet works this out. The car does not run without the engine.

I’m not racist mush at all, but Sammy Brown is my new favorite non Longhorn college player. He’s a talent that should have a bright career in front of him. I think he could be a John Riggins type on offense, but his destiny is at LB. Either way, he’s a talented kid.

nah he's not even top 20.I'd pick any of the corner backs or safeties over him for this.

Don't know why, but the first comparison I think of for Sammy Brown is

THE BOZ, Brian Bosworth. Hope that is not a true comp, because I always thought The Boz was mostly hype. Bo Jackson showed him that he was not all he thought he was, for shore.

I don’t know why either. Bosworth’s high school teachers hated him, he was a kid of low character during and after his football days. Supposedly, he’s gotten his act together and is a Christian now, but who knows.

The Boz was a first team all American in college. Didn’t pan out in the pros.

I’m aware. He was also a first class dirt bag both in college, and before and after.
