recuse himself. Better still, he should resign and await his own punishment.
If the NCAA slaps UNC on the wrist, and the ACC under Swofford's leadership wont act, Clemson and other impacted ACC schools should bring an action against UNC. Bring the action in Federal Court in Greenville, NC where the tarholes can sit before a jury of their peers. UNC, at the highest levels, has perpetrated a fraud which has directly negatively impacted the remainder of the conference.

That isn't likely to happen but I agree with you that UNC has brought disgrace upon the entire conference. Between them, Florida State, and apparently Syracuse this conference can no longer brag on its high standards.

Swofford has jerry rigged the results of the Blatant cheating of UNC to enroll illiterates and intellectual zeros into school to play sports. What ever he did, he is setting the table for probation with no penalties...watch...and he will do a jay Carney and tell the ACC world, "We will accept the penalties (or lack there of) that the NCAA handed out to the cheaters and rogues in Chapel Hill...more than likely no scholarship penalties or post season appearance penalties...now I look for UNCheat to be 6-6 or something and forego a bowl appearance which is a sham and a joke. We as the tigers who were around in 82 watching Crum and that Jerkoff Tom Reed demand more sanctions, they could get the death penalty or at least 15 scholarships a year for 3 years...they are more of an outlaw program peppered with illiterate thugs than SMU ever thought about being.

He wouldn't dare do anything to harm his team. I said that, if we couldn't get a better ACC commissioner than Swoffie, we might just as well not have one. Swoffie is about as near to nothing as there can be, so I guess I got what I asked for. Buying a car, clothes, medical bills, for athletes is bad, but there is no infraction worse than academic fraud, and the magnitude and length to which they have gone with that fraud is worthy of the "Death Penalty" for all their sports. Their whole university reputation has been tarnished.

It's amazing the only thing clemson did was pay some phone bills for recruits and give some scholorships to friends and family and gets the death penalty , UNC had reports of massive online cheating on test, Attending NFL agent parties" getting paid" and other things and nothing has happened yet! Swafford GTFO! However indo remember the Japanese game against Weak Forest because of the bowl ban

FLASH.....For my two cents, I would be very happy and satisfied if the NCAA voided all games won
in all sports where a player played and and was identified as a player who were involved in these
suspect classes. That brings all championships down.....that would be a very great day in ACC sports.
