Debateable I guess. I just don't understand...We barely got any pressure against Maryland sat and almost nothing vs FSU. Our guys looked good at the beginning of the year but the last two games they haven't looked all that great. Jarrett and Beasley kick ### though for sure

I wouldn't take that drama queen over Maryland's QB. You don't get injured and suppose to be out 3-4 weeks then throw the next day. You don't bust up your knee but can still play without a limp. Sorry I'm not buying his drama. He is an excuse maker just like Clowney. They are both big whussies.

While I do agree with your assessment of the seriousness of his injuries, it's hard to call him a wuss when out of the two of them, Shaw isn't the one who gets scared after taking a hit like Boyd does.

Boyd stays in the game after he gets hurt. Shaw always goes out for the rest of the game especially if losing or tied. He then makes a miraculous overnight recovery. Sorry Boyd has more nuts and #### than Shaw does. Like I said Shaw is a whuss.

Shaw a drama queen? How about a senior qb that according to his coaches, is not having fun, having trouble because freshman are looking to him, has to be consoled on sidelines if things go bad, having issues handling pressure? This from the coaches and you call Shaw a drama queen. Now that is funny.
So basically when they are playing good and rolling up big numbers it is fun but when things turn a little sour and the road gets a little tough it is no fun. Yea buddy, that is the leader I want when things are getting tough.
Again, that is your coaches talking about your qb.

he comes out of the game when he has a bad play...sack, interception, fumble.....with a boo boo. Odd how that shoulder injury came when he fumbled the ball and he wanted to blame the fumble on the injury. Or how the knee injury came as he was having a bad game and the coots only lead by one with just minutes to go. He did not want to the the QB on the field if Tn won. He acts like his shoulder is falling off or his knee has been damaged beyond repair. And then comes back to play like nothing happened.
At one point in the coot game Sat., he seemed to forget which injury had him out during 1st half. He was acting like his shoulder was killing him....or that was for more drama to make people think what a hero he was for playing with 2 life threatning injuries. And let's not forget his forgetting to limp and jumping around when he was excited or running. And now says he had the flu bug, too?? You coots need to check that locker room...seems to have some bacteria other than chicken poop floating around.
And you better listen to what your own coach says about your qb and other players. I guess Shaw "almost sprained his knee" like Davis "almost sprained" his foot.
"Running back Mike Davis “almost sprained his foot,” Spurrier said"
Shaw is a drama queen and loves the attention he gets when he makes the miracle comeback from his injuries.
Is he a good QB...yes. But the drama is getting old.

Spurrier inherited him and only played him due to necessity after injuries to Blake Mitchell. He was a WR mainly. You are really stretching to come up with that name, no aren't you? 30+ years - you can't do better than that?
Name ONE black QB Spurrier has recruited and actually played. At Duke, Florida, Washington, or SCAR.
I'll help you..... Full list is below:

He hated playing Newton-but he was the best QB he had

To quote Newton's high school coach: "We all know what Spurrier likes to see in a quarterback: Tall, blond-haired, blue-eyed,” Marlboro County High coach Dean Boyd said. “I fear it’s not going to be good for Syvelle. Syvelle’s a good college quarterback, but he isn’t the kind of quarterback (Spurrier) would go for.”

Good 4th quarter for Shaw against a tiring Missouri Defense. His team looks to his leadership. However, Boyd is much better and certainly the better of the two overall.
Boyd is impacted by a weak line that is running into his face every though and clueless lesser than Nuk Hopkins receivers that cannot tell when a blitz is occurring and have to adjust their routes but they fail to. Boyd can be better also but most of Clemson problems are more on others and their lack of physical play than just Boyd.
I will take Boyd any day over Shaw/Thompson/Garcia and anyone else the chickens have produced over the years.
