The problem with just throwing aside the rule of law is, it doesn't just protect those Donald doesn't like from him and his followers.
It also protects guys like you and Donald from them.
You might want to think carefully before going down this road. The rule of law is predicated on the idea that there's a better way to solve things than blood in the gutters. You know: due process. Constitutional rights. Little things.
The other thing you might want to consider is that blue states don't just possess about 60% of the country's population...they also control 72% of its wealth. If the rule of law is out the window, why on Earth would they continue to pay taxes to a Federal government that does whatever the #$%^ it wants to whoever it wants, whenever the $%^& they want to do it? Why on Earth would the Blues you despise so much continue to abide by the rule of law...when it's clear the rule of law no longer matters?
When we get down to brass tacks, you're the Luddites. And you don't bet on the Luddites against the machine.
I'm no fan of the Dems, and since there isn't a party in the US that even remotely represents my interests I've now pretty much been reduced to just a guy in the cheap seats eating popcorn and watching the show. But this is an absolutely stupid fight you can't win. And the fact you somehow don't know that and continue to just blithely poke the bear is...telling.

No one here is shedding a tear at the thought of punishment for convicted murderers. And thus, why get upset at the point of them being sent to a foreign prison from which we can (evidently) never retrieve them? Why should that upset anyone? I get that line of thinking....
Until you stop for a second and think of why the protections for even these people are put in place. The exist, of course, for convicted criminals who are guilty and potentially worthy of the public scorn that is aimed their way... but moreover they are put in place to protect people who get caught up in the system due to mistakes, abuse, or bias (etc). It's WHY we have trials, and appeals, and legal protections post-conviction.
So yeah, I get it, it's painfully easy to aim your ire at them and think they deserve everything that comes their way, but you miss the point in doing so. Ultimately these protections (including not being sent to a foreign prison) are in place to potentially protect you, and me, and every other person in the US.
