We know about LSU with Jefferson and Chase
Bama with Smith, Ruggs, Waddle.
In terms of pure college ability not what they did in the NFL I think our guys are right there in the mix for one of the greatest WR rooms ever.
Let me know who I left out.

He also had Charone Peake and the freshman years of Mike Williams and Jordan Leggett.
Everyone one of those players went to the NFL. Incredible.

True I was thinking of the guys that actually played with Tajh I know Charone peake did a good bit but I don’t think Mike and Legget got in that much their freshman seasons

Williams caught 20 balls his freshman season. Leggett caught 12. I'm not sure it was Tajh that threw them all, though.

Don't forget how good Dwayne Allen was too! I know he's a TE, not a WR, but holy cow what a player he was.
598 yds and 8 touch downs the year he won the Mackey Award.

Too many trick plays that backfired was a big piece. We did not need Sammy Watkins throwing passes to beat the Coots.

you gave a good deal of thought on this post. I looked over the rosters. Peak was w TB for a couple years and Mike Williams for one. Not a w/r but Duane Allen was a TE for some of the time. He was good to the point we've never replicated one like him since

It's noteworthy that Alabama is even more stacked at RB.
In 2016 for example they had 5 NFL RB's on their roster simultaneously.
When you consider that , our 2016 natty team was a monster
