I'm very excited to hear that the OL looks to be better and very happy to hear that we should have some quality depth. We find out more in a few weeks when the schedule toughens up. I am so hopeful that, finally, we have an OL that can dominate and put the team on its back and carry the load. That will be a huge help to the success of whoever the QB is, IMO. I think the D will be stellar again, and even better than we expect when the O maintains some long drives and scores TD's. I drink the orange Kool-Ade, but I sense a return to the very upper echelon from Little Old Clemson in the near future. I want to watch and listen to all those "Experts" eat that crow.

If your parts move over 20 year old men or 18 year old boys wearing tight pants ………….
Does your wife know about your problems?

Get your mind out of the gutter as he was referring to his expectations for the offense...

Everything I read has me more and more pessimistic about WR

It's looking like they're going to be EXACTLY the same this year as last year from a health standpoint. Every piece of news, we get the long list of guys in colored jerseys. Hopefully the TE buzz turns out to mean something, cause it doesn't sound like the WRs will even be on the field to help catch passes. AGAIN. But considering we haven't had a TE raise an eyebrow since Leggett, I can't be optimistic there either.
I might actually feel better about the offensive line and DJ than the pass catchers. Thank God the defense and running game are gonna be good.

Supposedly he is. He did something unspeakably bad before the bowl game. Everyone is very tight-lipped about it.

“There has been one quarterback

who has stayed late to throw every time.”
Every time David Hood writes about the qb’s I come away thinking that he sees Klubnick taking the job.
If he’s really that good, every facet of the offense is gonna be way better than a year ago, because whoever is playing qb will be performing at an elite level . . . otherwise they’ll be qb2

I guess the worrisome part is that little voice in the back of my mind reminding me we heard a lot of these same comments coming out of camp last year too. ?

Last year, we didn't hear the comment about the O-line...

playing tough with the D-line. I'm with you on being cautious overall, but put me in the group that is convinced the O-line will be an area of improvement.

A couple of thoughts … 1) Davis Allen is the man! Been seeing & saying that for a year and a half. After not using him at all last year, Dabo calls him a “pro” this pre-season? Hopefully, with Richardson’s coaching, the TE’s will be used this season. A lot. Briningstool maybe even better as a pure receiver. 2) QB situation will play out based on performance. The key is for Clemson not to take a loss to prove DJ is the #1. The team and their record is #1. 3) Great job to players and coaches in prepping for the 2022 season! Lots to look forward to! Go Tigers!

So basically, the running backs are good. Same receiver situation as last year. Dj still sucks. And everything thing else is an unknown. Got it.

We get you're terrified of Dabo and if you say anything not glowing you think he'll take away your passes, but this is just disingenuous. They have not raved about DJ. They've said he's lost weight and moves around better. They have said absolutely nothing about his passing, which was the worst in school history last year and second worst in the entire country. All you guys have said about his passing is that he completed a single pass to Beaux Collins during a practice, but you ended that sentence by praising Cade's accuracy.
