I don't expect this to be a long process. I think Dabo already has someone in mind and close to being in place, which goes along with a few of the things I've been hearing since earlier this afternoon. Timing might be a little sensitive, however.
If it's who I've heard, it's huge. Big-time hire. I will let you know as I hear more.

that we're not going to accept just simply "huge". Really - Dabo has made us wait for years now, and so this better be a HOF'er.
I'm thinking Bill Parcells or Vince Lombardi. Of course, I know that Dabo will want to go cheap on me, so I'll provide the names Bill Cowher and Monte Kiffin as backups, just in case.
So don't come In here all spit and vinegar trying to blow some rookie by us, Dabo! We're not accepting Betty Crocker for a 5* restaurant anymore!!

He was a lineman at AL…right? Years ago after he retired I bumped in to him in a quick shop in Greenville. He was buying cigarettes…Winstons. I was surprised at how big he was. He was very cordial and friendly.

Is it FM? I know the timing might be sensitive since he is supposed to be the OC for his team next year, according to him. But I suspect he is just using that to squeeze more blood out of Dabo.
