puts Beadle in for defensive quickness and put JGIII when Clemson has the ball on offense. Beadle just needs more playing time to quit forcing passes into the post.

Beadle could be nice but he has developed no jumpshot. Driving to the rim he is good but we may as well let me shoot versus him on 3 pointers

court, I was AMAZED how high, and how far away the rim had gotten. I was consistently shooting short air balls from the free throw line. And, I was good at the game once upon a few decades ago.

It's baffling because he was a good 3pt shooter at Cardinal Newman. Obviously this is a different level but jumpshots are jumpshots -- they don't change that much other than how much space and time you need to get them off. And Beadle is bricking wide open ones. He has to spend most of the summer just on shooting. If he can develop an outside shot, he's going to be extremely difficult to guard.

That pass was really bad. He was sent to the bench immediately after of course. He is getting better though and I could see him doing well next season.

With their guard quickness, his defensive liabilities were not worth the offensive advantages.

Beatle’s defense and ability to get to the basket was needed…once the team took the lead and was playing well with him in there, Coach B just rode that wave like he should. Sometimes it’s matchup driven.
Another example was Godfrey against FSU…he torched them and was player of the game.
He didn’t do as much last night, but he is really a weapon off the bench…especially if PJ has foul trouble or Shef is struggling.
Apparently Joe G may have been poked in the eye…that probably explains why Beadle stayed in maybe longer than he even thought.

although he had a surprisingly good 6 pt. burst, but Girard back in for final minute because of his amazing foul shooting. Beadle should not try to shoot anymore 3 pointers until he can hit 80 to 9o percentage in practice, which will may not happen until next season.
