You'd have a point if those shootings were abnormal and involved a racially motivated perp who planned and livestreamed the event to intentionally create racial tensions in this country. This story is nearly out of the news in less than a week, versus how long Columbine was in the news before we became familiar and used to these shooting. There were way more threads on this board of the Buffalo shooting over your white grievance (this thread included),than there were about the shootings itself.

Ok so what you are saying is since these shootings are very common and expected out of black people that they don't go viral?
And sense the Buffalo shooting is a very rare occurrence, that was a much bigger deal in the media?
That sounds very racist to me.
Are you saying race of the perp/victim plays no role in how the media reports it?

people are shot and killed all of the time in Chicago (and all over the country).
I had this discussion the other day on here with T3, where he was claiming that the Buffalo shooting only gets/got attention because of the political advantage for the President/Democrats.
I said that, as bad as it sounds, there is a difference in the Buffalo story because 10 people were killed while a white supremist live streamed it. In my opinion, those things set that shooting apart from the more "commonplace" shootings, like this one in Chicago.

visited shooting victims where 10 people were killed in Buffalo?
When President Trump visited the victims of the shooting in Dayton that killed 9 people, were you offended that he didn't visit victim's families in Chicago?
Is it such a foreign idea to you that when more people are killed in a single incident that it rises to a different level? You seem to have the opinion that since the POTUS can't visit every victim or victim's family in the entire country for every shooting that he should never visit any victims or families.

Answer the question. What's the acceptable amount of death to make it a big deal?
Also you never answered my other question. Can you name a single Democrat politician that called these mass shootings out? 3 in a week is pretty rare and crazy.
Also I have one more question. What do you think would help black people in America more.... preventing racist mass shootings from white people, or preventing inner city/gang violence?

Wow, you actually answered questions. This is a first. Congratulations.
1. No set number, the media just freaks out any time it's a white person. My entire point. Thank you.
2. The first two times I asked the question it was what politician called this out except for somebody in Chicago. Of course She had to comment. Anybody else?
3. I agree with you. Seems weird that politicians aren't outraged by this, but they are about the white guy pushing a black guy.

Yes, we know you are triggered because the media covers a mass shooting which was done by someone intentionally trying to start a race war within this country. Do you really feel like the Buffalo shooting should have not been covered? Is this what you are ranting about? What would have been the appropriate amount of news coverage for this incident? And what about this board? Most of the discussion on this board wasn't about the shooting itself, it was about the white grievance on here from people like you who are PO'd that Biden called this a "hate crime".
I already answered your question on naming one politician who commented on Chicago gun violence. You are now moving the goal posts cause I named on when you think none did. Gun violence in Chicago and many other cities has been a problem for many decades over many administrations, and still goes on daily. Politicians on both sides and from many administrations have commented on this situation numerous times and have tried many things to end this without much success. Biden himself has talked about Chicago gun violence many times and has met with Chicago authorities on ways to address this. Keep reaching Dude.

I didn't move goal posts.
You just can't read apparently. I will do some copying and pasting from my previous posts on this thread.
First time I asked the question. You responded, but didn't answer the question.
Find me a single democrat (not a Chicago politician that has to comment on it)that called these shootings out and called for reform. If you show me that, then you may have a point. If not, then you are a moron making excuses
Here is me commenting on the coverage of the white supremacist sh!t head that should get the death penalty quickly. Maybe a firing line with the victims families? I would be down with that.
"You are correct. The Buffalo shooting should have gotten a lot of attention because it was shocking and despicable. These incidents should also get similar attention. The fact that it doesn't is painfully obvious, but the same people on the board continue to intentionally be naive."
So again, learn to read you j@ckass.

What is it exactly that has you so triggered to start this thread? That the MSM and POTUS are reporting that a white supremacist went to a black supermarket, murdered 10 people, and that it's being labeled a hate crime. Why does this enrage you? I'll wait.

Yes, but no outrage. There are tons of examples. A white person does something bad to a black person and it's all over the news. A black person does something bad to a black person and nobody cares.People apparently expect that kind of behavior out of black people. It's sad and racist.
Do you remember when the white military officer had the audacity to push a black kid? Without any background information there were protests in his neighborhood and I believe he lost his job. It was all over the news. Are you seriously this naive?

I had no problem with President Trump visiting after the shooting in Dayton. Do YOU think he only went because the shooter was self-described as a leftist and supported ANTIFA? I didn't/don't. 9 people were killed...it was entirely appropriate for him to visit.

Yes, you moron. It all is fake outrage because of race. How do you not see that? A man pushing a black person got more attention in the media than the dozens of murders every week in Chicago. It got more attention than these 3 mass shootings. Do you get it yet? You can't be this naive.

Also, answer the question.....
Why did the military guy that pushed a black kid with no additional context receive more media attention than the multiple mass shootings in 1 week in Chicago?
Why did it go so viral that it was all over social media and there were BLM protests in the neighborhood.
What is worse? A white man pushing a black man, or 3 mass shootings in 1 week in Chicago?
Next you are going to tell me BLM trending during election years is a simple coincidence.

Buffalo shooting set it apart somewhat from most other "commonplace" shootings, but T3 is totally correct in that the bottom line here, and the thing that should be most alarming and concerning above all else, is that many more people die from "commonplace" shootings than from Buffalo-like incidents, and they pose a much greater danger to people of color, and therefore the "commonplace" shootings should get much more coverage and be the greater focus of government and community solutions.

continue to illustrate your view of the world through political teams and NOT reality.
I reference Trump visiting Dayton above...I don't recall you taking issue with his trip at the time. Or his remarks on Dayton and El Paso. Read them and paint the major differences.
Trump said ""In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry and white supremacy."
On the issue of the death penalty, Trump said he would direct the Department of Justice "to propose legislation ensuring that those who commit hate crimes and mass murders face the death penalty and that this capital punishment be delivered quickly, decisively and without years of needless delay."
Trump called for laws to ensure that those "judged a grave risk to public safety do not have access to firearms" and declared "mental illness and hatred pulls the trigger, not the gun."
"Republicans and Democrats must come together and get strong background checks, perhaps marrying ... this legislation with desperately needed immigration reform," Trump tweeted.
"We must have something good, if not GREAT, come out of these two tragic events!" Trump's tweet concluded.

unfounded and uneducated BS we have in politics today. As I mentioned before...I called out the same stuff on dems about Trump...more in his first 2 years in office.
There is just so much inconsistent horse crap.
And this type of criticism waters down real issues. There are so many real issues to be upset about right now. Student loan forgiveness, ports still being a CF, government handouts superheating demand leading to inflation when supply is limited by a supply-chain in disarray and a restricted labor market, immigration, culture-fed dumbing down of too much of our citizens, continued massive federal over-reach, the idiotic BBB plan, and on and on.
If you want to get all upset that the President visited the family's of the 10 that were killed in Buffalo, because he isn't visiting others, then be my guest. But I think it's stupid, inconsistent, and distracting.
I note that you offered not one comment on the similar situation I laid out with Trump to illustrate the inconsistency.

The tragedy of today's Negrophobic white liberals is on display with your post.
You think that the commonplace nature of Chicago gangs killing each other is somehow less important than a singular terrible event such as the Buffalo shootings.
Black Lives Matter? Not to you.
Your words reveal that it's OK for black to kill each other, just as long as the police (or even worse, some white police officers) don't 'inflame' the sentiments of black criminals by arresting them.
And yet, the Democrats wonder why Americas blacks are gradually drifting away from the Democrat party, despite all of the pandering to blacks by the Democrat party.
