OU up 7, punting to OKST with 1:00 left. (4th and long).

OKST fair catches inside the 20. There is a running into the kicker penalty. OKST has no timeouts, and down 7 with true frosh QB, in Norman.

Stoops ACCEPTS the penalty, moves up 5 yds and re kicks to Tyrick Hill, the best return man in the country.

He runs it back to tie the game, and OKST, a 3 TD underdog, wins in overtime.



very rare for me to criticize coaching decisions.... but ##### was that???

That would've been the correct decision.

If I'm wrong, then I agree with you, decline it. Too many variables such as bad snap, bad kick, block, etc...
