Dabo took the week off against a terrible SYR team, publicly broadcast his weekend party in Bama, played it safe by playing injured and immobile KB, enjoyed his long term $6-7 million per year salary and congratulated the fired-up SYR team on kicking his a$$. Yes, it was a classy move.

I disagree with the tone & content of your remarks. If what he did tells us anything about the man it's that it ain't about Dabo. For him it's about the players, ours and theirs.

headed into stands or spent a lot of time on phone with family of Kelly Bryant asking them to forgive him for his lack of awareness. Not having team ready to play and being pushed around by a Syracuse team loaded with less talent.
Yes it's a classy thing to do but honestly it comes up empty as they played their ##### off and didn't need his congrats since they just beat the "2nd" best team in nation. I'm sure facing his own team after the loss was pretty difficult as the coaches earned the loss every bit as much as the players.
Praying for KB tonight and that the Tigers are able to get healthy. Much needed week off and opportunity to get a lot better. Go Tigers ????.

You are absolutely 100% right. The statement he put out...about "owning" the loss was bs. He tap danced around all the issues, but I didn't read ownership in that. Ownership should have been straight forward and asking forgiveness from KB & his family and the other kid that got injured...his team, because Fabo, I mean Dabo's ego wrote a check his a** could NOT cash, and finally, from the fans. Fans, true fans, are there through thick and thin, but we are like elephants and we NEVER forget a loss based on stupidity. It's Pitt all over again, that was the motivator last year, to check ego at the door, so hopefully it will get some butts in gear with this loss. Dabo's decision making skills are on the fan radar now.

It is great that Dabo took the time to congratulate the other team on their suprisingly convincing win over us, but I will remember him tonight most for not getting KB out of the game after the second series. It was obvious during that series that he could not run or avoid the Syracuse rush. He was a sitting duck that was going to take hit after hit. Eventually Syracuse made the decision for him by finally knocking him out. Whether we win or lose, you don't put a qb in the game that requires his mobility to be effective when he can't move. KB is not going to beat anyone with his arm. He has to have his legs first and then his arm just enough to win. Dabo and his staff know this. There is no way KB looked better this week at practice than he did moving on it tonight. It was not surprising that Bryant ended up with another injury. Dabo owes him and his family an apology.

I see only facts when my fellow T-Net brethren say “He put his starting QB in harms way”. He clearly did not come to NY with an edge and that locker room crap is for politicians, hence, evidence he did not leave with an edge. The statement he made earlier in the week about the fans being tired of winning was out of character and he looks like he is not focused. Meanwhile the place he’s on his way to now is steam rolling all opposition. And playing with an edge.

Yeah, nice gesture, hope you spend the next 15 days getting your 2nd and 3rd string QBs up to speed. You need a plan B Fabo, I mean Dabo. If KB got permanently injured for the season, what IS the plan B? Zerrick and Hunter are not warriors...yet. You need to help them become warriors, give them the tools, they have the skill, but why would they be confident? 15 days, Dabo....

These were not enemy soldiers in a war you idiot. These were college kids who had just won a big game....not a victorious enemy. Football is a game...and Dabo demonstrates and teaches sportsmanship. Only rabid fans would suggest treating the other team like the enemy after the game is over. Truth is Dabo has more class than most of the fans.
