I have concluded I need to drink more or less be cause the present intqake isn't working. Actually I'm abstaining for a time because of a number of prescription meds I'm on.

Last night my neighbor came home drunk and banged on his own door for 5 minutes. Problem is he lives alone.
So, I went outside and told him he wasn't home so he left.

Foster Brooks is the best Drunk (non-Drinker) I've seen preform.
He quit drinking in the 60's on a bet and stayed sober since. Of course he had the routine down pat.

I've been osber coming on 5 years. I'd sooner put my hand on a hot, burning stove than take another drink. It gets rough after 5 days, my brain went haywire, and I saw the proverbial pink elephants. I had to take 10 days out of work, and sleep did not come easy for a month to follow. Looking back it was the best decision I ever made. Reconciling with my past was the hard part, but it is the key to staying sober.
