Bluffing Orangeman suggests corporate sponsorships like Michelin (they have no ties to college football and in its heyday would not sponsor or advertise with NASCAR). BMW is a German company who uses its advertising and sponsorship in sports for soccer again no ties to college football). There are no corporate sponsorships in SC that want to pour billions of dollars into Clemson football. The only answer is an NIL (salary cap) like any other professional sport.

Is Hooters still around?

Get rid of Chick-fil-A and add a Hooters in the stadium.
On a side note, I went to the dirty Myrtle Hooters on Spring Break in '89(?), and Danny Ford, Vance Hammond, Chester McGlocklin, and a couple others were at a table. We said hi but they were busy eating some serious food.

Lol me and my buddies went to Myrtle in ‘94 and hit up a Dollhouse where we saw Vince Neil of Motley Crue and also Rowdy Roddy Piper. Good times.
A Hooters would be great in the stadium

There is no salary cap on NIL in the NFL or any other pro sport, because the leagues and teams don't pay it.
Another fail in what you want is the NFL salary cap is for the team, not an individual.
NIL can't legally be capped.
Your wishful is completely out of touch with reality.

Correct, but are those professional players getting all of that NIL money to go to a certain team? The NIL money they get is earned because the companies that give it to them expect something valuable, like doing commercials for their money, in return. See how long they would get it if they didn't show up for a commercial shoot.

No, but they make lots of money to go to a certain team,

and they have no choice about which real it is when drafted.
That's what an antitrust exe option does for you. The NCAA doesn't have one, so it's apples and oranges.

Sadly there is no way to put a salary cap on NIL, it is either unlimited or none. Personally I vote none.

"Like any other professional sport"
No other professional sport has a "salary cap" on NIL. NIL isn't salary, and cannot be capped. Statements like this are why Orangeman repeatedly tries to educate people like you that you have no idea what you are talking about.

I don't know who that is. I know how to do internet research I don't like to exploit other people. I don't like it when Clemson folks embarrass themselves and whine like little beotches.

Let the market decide.
You know, like most TNetters do when it comes to most everything else in their lives?
