There's some consideration of SMU, but the main focus of the idiots in the ACC is Stanford and Cal.
All that's needed is 12 votes to approve.
Clemson, FSU, and UNC is 100% dead against it.
NCSU, UVA, AND V.Tech is undecided
9 other schools are in favor of the addition.
If you do the math then Notre Dame, who isn't even a full time member gets a vote. SMFH!

Even with a weighed average, they would be a 70-75% member of the ACC.

If ND were to leave the ACC, what is their penalty in terms of an exit fee and loss of media rights?

Stanford and Cal add nothing to the Conference, and exactly why they will probably approve. Desperation, and adding them will only inflame FSU even more, which is good for us.

...and Memphis, and Marshall, Appalachian State, Tulane, Oregon State, Wazzou, Central Michigan, and most of all, Hawai'i.
Who wouldn't want a November road game in Hawai'i? It would be much better than going to the chicken coop in the industrial wasteland on Bluff Rd.
