I know the state of Florida is where we get football recruits with outstanding speed.
I say lets broaden our surroundings a bit recruiters. How about taking a recruiting trip to Jamaica and pluck some that Jamaican world class speed out of there and put them at reciever ..running back..punt returner..and kickoff returner.

If Notre Dame can get lineman from Canada....we can get even more speed from Jamaica. Talk about a cheetah with tiger stripes. Woooo!!
