It would be hard not to. Neither coverage or returns were very good. Definitely the weakest area of the team by far

I would like to think that he has seen improvement in that area that gives him a warm fuzzy. I agree with you in that everybody knows the special teams play cost dearly in the NATTY......just say it.

I don't expect special teams to be the strength of our team. I do hope that Dabo will put somebody that can actually coach and scheme a better than average kickoff and punt team in coverage. I don't worry much about our return game, just don't bobble or fumble the ball. Just get it down without giving it up, bc our offense will be able to move the ball from any spot anywhere on the field. But we have been one of the best teams in the country at fair catching the ball. But giving up 40, 50 yards on kick offs and punts will cost and has cost us a NC. But if it cost us a game in season, there won't be a NC game for us, and that is the same as costing us another NC. Hopefully one of our coaches can come up with something that will help us in becoming a better than average, pretty good cover team bc we have really sucked with our coverage.

Dabo doesn't say no big concerns if he has a problems

This is the first year I've heard this. He knows these guys have seen what it takes.
I can't wait to see them play this fall.
I think having such a young team, Dabo knows he has recruited great leaders at each position.
I get excited to hear our coaches feeling good about it because Brent and Dabo both are trusting the leadership and quality of healthy competition and love the players have for each other.
The best is yet to come because we will be good enough to compete each and every year to play for a championship. That doesn't mean we will make it every year but we will be a team talented enough to win it if we do.
I believe Deshaun would take a lot of teams really far this year.
If you add in the fact we have more talent on this team than we have ever had, championship experience, incredible coaches, great academics, the best fans and Clemson is the best university period.
Go Tigers!

Agree with everything you said except the Clemson score prediction.
We might put 42 up in the first half alone. Keep in mind it is Kevin Steele as the D coordinator. His players will be so lost on the field. Could get ugly fast if our D can stop them a few times early.
