Get three expert marksmen, and have then shoot the brain stem, behind the lower ear. INSTANT death, ZERO PAIN. You can blow up a heart and live for a good minute or two, perhaps more. Brain stem you won't make it a second or two.
Just wow. Horrible way to execute people.
