Actually in SC, it just has to be concealed!!! In NC, it has to be in plain sight....

have a handgun concealed inside of a motor vehicle and be within legal grounds. The law clearly states that the handgun must be in a glove box or console with an integral factory fastener, or in the luggage compartment of said vehicle in any type of container. The factory glove box or console does have to be locked, just latched. Carrying a handgun in a purse or bag inside of a vehicle, without being a CWP holder is illegal.

Yep, carrying it in a purse or on the person in SC without an up to date CWP, it is then an unlawful possession of a firearm according to the SC firearm laws, and it can be a pretty serious felony depending on the circumstances of how and why it was known that a person was illegally carrying!!!

Jayron needs to play with another team in my opinion-- get your agent in gear to make it happen.

You forgot to list the 27 busted coverages, 55 missed tackles and sleeping through a kickoff for a TD and an onside kick which cost Clemson a NATY.
