I've got a couple of questions.

If the Clemson police arrested Sammy Watkins why in the world would't they arrest another student?
What would be the best outcome of this case from the perspective of a USuCk Fan?

Makes no sense that they wouldn't arrest them in this case.

I can personally guarantee that CUPD has no issue arresting students. Anyone remember when Willie Simmons got arrested for arguing with the parking Po Po?

Oh no, the CUPD SPECIALIZES in arresting Clemson students

I've never personally been in trouble with them, but I can tell you right now that they're always patrolling around campus housing looking for Clemson students doing wrong. Believe me, if it was a Clemson student they would probably act FASATER than usual.

I just didn't happen to be breaking the law on any of those occasions.

I found them to be slow of foot and lacking desire. You get about 100 yards on them and they start huffing and puffing and calling for backup.

1. I was walking back from the library late at night, stopped by a cop car (which pulled up on the sidewalk to block me). Wanted to know what I was "up to." 2. Sitting in an on-campus laundry mat late at night, they wanted to know what I was doing (Uh, studying and waiting on my laundry?). 3. Filming a friend skateboarding. Of course that was a no no. 4. They searched our cooler and took all our beer camping out for football tickets. We were of age.

knowledge on this issue.
I'm not saying that they don't know who it is and I'm not saying that it's not a Clemson student (although yes that would shock me). I'm just saying that your friend would have no way of knowing any of this and the idea that they would NOT arrest the vandal BECAUSE they are a Clemson student is absolutely unfounded.

more inept than letting a big white truck sit in the middle of one of the main intersections on campus for over ten minutes without a police car rolling by?

to leave a truck parked outside of a parking space less than a 1/4 mile away from Parking Services headquarters, regardless of the time of day. That's something you learn REAL quick at CU.

college kids and has them walk around the dorms pretending to be regular Clemson students on the move in days.
It works too. This past year they busted some 11 students for selling drugs, weed, pills, cocaine and stuff like that. And that was all on the 2 days before classes start.

If they will arrest Sammy, they will arrest anyone.
Maybe a coot didn't break it but no Clemson student would do that.
