SomeONE mentioned Ga’s D knew how to attack our O b/c of

DK being on their D as a starter against us in our 1st game with them and that he may have not only told them about our strengths to watch out for but our weaknesses too since he practiced against Tiger O every day for years.
Saying..a possibility?
PS: I should realize I shouldn’t have opened this can of worms! ??

Surely didn't hurt their cause, but I would lean more towards having a non-existent O-Line and a QB that could not complete a forward pass. Those 2 things felt more harmful than helpful....

The inability to throw and complete a pass would cause most (all) offenses to struggle. All of the other teams could plainly see what we saw.

Of course he gave them his assessment...why wouldn't he?
But no, that's not the reason we struggled. Unless he also called Georgia Tech, NC State, Boston College, Syracuse, and Pitt.

It look to me like all the player on defense had to do was catch the ball. It was thrown right to him. How hard was that?

DK must’ve got in contact with every team that Clemson played this year also lol. The offense was just bad. Young with a lot of injuries is a bad mix.

Lightbulb, I remember Vince Lombardi's Packers. They would run Jim Taylor in the famous sweep. Every opposing defense knew exactly what was coming but couldn't stop it. If a football team executes to perfection it will be an unstoppable force. If it crpas like our offense did back in the first 7-8 games, everybody will be able to stop it. I don't think DK had much to do with it. Don't you think Jawja new what 'Bammer was going to do a couple of weeks ago? Couldn't stop 'em.

All the teams that our Tigers played this year saw the same things that we did. I can’t recall Clemson EVER having an outstanding offensive line. They didn’t last year. What they did have was a big time running back to take the pressure off TL16. That is something that el cinco didn’t have and he lacked the talent and skills to lead this team without help.None Of you will likely agree with this but I think that the early departure of Dixon was a very, very big blow to the. Team. I really never understood how we let him get away. He and Shipley would have made the Tigers a championship team this year. It took the young tailbacks much of the early season to develop as you might expect. Once the running game got back to par the entire team improved. Our Tigers finished the year in a very positive way. What ever it took to keep Lynn J Dixon in orange should have been done.
imo

Georgia struggled attacking that Bama offense though. Think Michigan got some good intel watching that ?

I doubt it was that nefarious. I think they dialed up the same approach that LSU and OSU did against us the previous two years, except they had the benefit of facing DJU at QB instead of TL.

Our offense was pathetic against a whole bunch of teams, not just UGA.
