Adderall is a brand-name pharmaceutical psychostimulant drug of the phenethylamine and amphetamine chemical classes. Adderall is used for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy.[1] It is commercially available and legal only in the United States. Adderall is a combination drug composed of amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, amphetamine sulfate, dextroamphetamine saccharide, and dextroamphetamine sulfate, which are all amphetamine salts. It is thought to work by increasing the amount of dopamine and norepinephrine in between synapses in the brain because the drug is a potent dopamine reuptake inhibitor and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.[2] It is available in two formulations: IR (Instant Release) and XR (Extended Release). The immediate release formulation is indicated for use in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy,[3] while the XR formulation is approved for use only with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).[2]
Like other stimulant drugs, such as methamphetamine and cocaine, Adderall directly affects the mesolimbic reward pathway in the brain. Amphetamine salts preparations are considered to have high abuse potential, and it is classified as Schedule II by the US DEA. With the Safe Streets and Communities Act in Canada, Adderall has been reclassified from Schedule III to Schedule I.[4]

I'll go on the record as saying yes adderall is illegal if not prescribed. I'll also go on record as saying I fully support Dabo's decision. I'll finally pose a question for you to find a public college campus in the US where <50% of the student body doesn't use adderall during exams. If you find one, you're only lying to yourself. Right, wrong, or indifferent, however, he needed to be suspended for the 2 games. Bravo Dabo for having a spine. We will still crush Auburn without Sammy. We still have the best WR core in the nation without Sammy.

Best WR corps in country... WITHOUT SAMMY????
What are you smoking?
Maybe top 10 in country without Sammy, remember that we will be without 2 of the 3 best receivers from last year for the Auburn game (Dwayne Allen).

Point being, Dabo sent the right message out. Sammy was doing 2 illegal things, no doubt about it. The other point is that some of you guys act like he was dealing meth. There's a huge difference between adderall and weed and what some of you guys think adderall and weed are. Some of you have bitten real hard into that propaganda apple passed out by the government in 1937

Be banned in the US just like they are everywhere else. Adderrall IS meth (just in very small dosages). The addiction pathway is identical whether you are smoking ice or popping Adderrall. One just happens much faster than the other.

That's why all the doctors pass it out like candy to children. It must be a method of retroactive abortion.
Meter check please.

In exactly one country. Eventually, it will be reclassified and banned in the US due to its highly addictive properties. My brethren in the Plaintiffs bar will end up haunting many of those same doctors...

The law is the law. I've had drug problems in my family and I'm fully aware of the consequences of drug abuse. My brother is a moron from a four way hit of orange barrel he took in 1969. His mind broke. Most of his problem with anxiety could be fixed with Valium or Xanax but he won't take a pill to save his life.

Adderall is widely used by College Students during exam time to keep them awake and alert, since it is a mild stimulant and it is widely available. Doctors pass them out like M&M's. "Doctor, Doctor little Johnny doesn't want to pay attention" ... Doctor, "the boy has ADD!!! here, take these" ... commission check comes monthly

Addictive and over time dangerous. Sammy should have at least sought out one of those quacks and told him he didn't want to pay attention!

I'm not sure which Clemson you watched last year, but Nuk, Bryant, and Peake would start on almost every roster in the nation. Nuk would be the #1 receiver on 95% of the teams in the nation.

Are you really trying to convince anyone that adderall is a big deal? Study enhancers, they are.
