Was over on Twitter and just saw perhaps the saddest, most depressing thread

I'm trying to convince myself the replies were all jokes but I don't think they were.
Maybe it's a bunch of Russian bots designed to make people think Americans are idiots. I'm going to go with that, because the alternative is too unsettling. Maybe the bots have learned how to get blue checks?
Not all replies were from idiots, but far too many are.

Who can live without Canadian cherries!
What have you bought recently from Canada? Maple syrup? Paraordinance 1911s? Hats with flaps?
Trudeau ain’t winning this one lol
You can buy different brands of ketchup, cards, bourbon, cherries and is Harley only made in Canada? Not that i want a Harley. Canada is like the Walmart great value brand😂 Every Department store has a low cost brand.
I can go on and on........
FACT......Trudeau is holding timber products and oil in his back pocket. This can get A LOT uglier.

We don't need any oil products from anywhere. When Trump was president we were energy independent and didn't use the rest of the world. I don't remember the exact number, but I believe gasoline was under 1 dollar a gallon when Trump was president. Eggs were a quarter a dozen. Trump will fix everything again.

The only morons are the ones who think Canada has any ability whatsoever to win a trade war with the US. Trudeau is a POS and is equally clueless about economic matters if he wants to go down this path. Canada already has a per capita GDP that's significantly lower than ours so let him rattle his sword and then crawl back in his hole while he continues to destroy his own country.

UMMM, about 40% of building grade lumber comes in From Canada, so much for affordable housing, not to mention most solid surfaces(counter tops, nonlaminate hard surfaces, etc..), windows, doors, roofing... come from Mexico.
If you want new home construction to cost $250 a SQ/ft..by all means, start a trade war.

the canadian gubmint gives the trees away just to have the jobs

this profiting off the post.
It’s just like the posts where they have a picture of Taylor Swift and it says, “when you see it you will realize”. It’s all meant for you to engage with that post, possibly comment on how dumb it is and then they profit.
This is why I only follow people that I know are real and I rarely engage with the feed posts. Typically I am checking to see what one particular person is saying about a particular incident.

Trudeau scolded America for not electing the first woman president. He said “I am and always will be a proud feminist”. What a clown. Do better Canada.
