According to Tara Reid ole Joe got at least one sticky finger and a boob grab back in his old Senate office. Maybe the Senate office location makes it "highbrow" trashy behavior instead of plain old "white trash" behavior.
By the way - what's up with Joe's hair sniffing fetish?? If some wife-beater T-shirt wearing white dude living in a trailer park went around sniffing little girls and miscellaneous women's hair - would that be considered "white trash" behavior?
